Job Responsibilities:

Monitor Patient Health: Observe and record patient behavior, perform physical exams, and conduct diagnostic tests.
Administer Treatments: Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work with doctors and other nurses to develop and implement patient care plans.
Emergency Care: Provide immediate care in emergency situations.
Supervise Staff: Oversee the work of nursing assistants and aides.

Skills:

Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Education/Experience:

Education: A degree in nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program.
Licensure: Must be licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
