The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems.
  • Identify and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and validate requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including user training and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, resolving any issues that arise.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
